After all, this is about helping you make the right decision.

Nope, that's not a typo - my undergrad is in the music field. I still love using expressive therapies in my work with clients, including music, art, acting, and writing.
My graduate studies included training in a wide variety of therapeutic modalities, but the ones I draw on the most due to their effectiveness in treating anxiety include:

In addition, I not-so-secretly love talking about personality type and frequently incorporate Myers Briggs typology in sessions, which I find is incredibly helpful in improving interpersonal relationships and promoting personal growth. (I'm an INFJ, by the way!)
