Starting therapy is a big decision, and you're probably not used to investing in yourself. We often spend our money on gifts, vacations, or on other items we've deemed worthy, but neglect to invest in our mental health. So ask yourself: what's really stopping me?

Real talk: Therapy can help you go from feeling like life is difficult to being able to handle daily stressors, adapt to major changes, and engage in relationships with ease.

This is the game changer you've been waiting for.

Don't you deserve to invest in your own happiness and emotional freedom?

Just like that 'ole idea of "put your oxygen mask on first before you try to assist others on a plane", investing in therapy is about putting YOU first.

Focusing on yourself during this difficult time is going to you allow you to be more fully present for yourself, for your family, for your friends, for your job, and for anything else you are facing in life right now. You'll be a better you, and more equipped to do exactly what you were meant to do in this life.

My clients are more than a number, and deserve my full attention and focus. That means I intentionally take on a fewer number of overall clients that are truly a best fit for the kind of work that I do, so I can give you my best! Then, I can really help you make changes and experience the growth that you want.

For every hour I spend in session with you, I'm typically spending an additional hour or so with ongoing training, research related to your needs, and other "back-end" work directly related to helping you.

You are investing in your own growth and progress and I am dedicated to ensuring you experience true, deep change that will impact your life for the long haul. You see, this isn't just about investing in better handling what you're going through today - it's about you building a solid foundation for tomorrow.

I see clients weekdays during 9-3 central time. I offer flexible (week to week) or fixed scheduling, with the ability to reschedule same week at no cancellation charge.

I want to make getting started as easy as possible for you, because I know the journey to get here has been hard enough! So, I have systems in place to make sure that therapy is something that feels simple, not an added stress.

My systems include:

  • Online Client Portal

  • Appointment Reminders

  • Secure Messaging & Email

  • Assessments to Monitor your Progress and Goals

  • Coordination of Care with Other Care Providers

Because all sessions are done through teletherapy online, I use a secure online payment system called IvyPay or session fees. When you fill out your initial paperwork, I will simply have a text sent to you by IvyPay which will allow you to enter a card to store on file and be charged after each completed session or for any cancellation fees.

Fees for Counseling

Recurring Appointments

Standard 50-55 minute sessions …….. $225

Depending on scheduling, I am also able to extend sessions at a rate of $100 per half hour, which is sometimes helpful when doing the deep work of IFS and EMDR that many of my clients are seeking.

First session:

Intake session, 60-75 min………….. $275

During our first session, we'll have a lot to discuss! I'll want to hear all about what has brought you to this point, get to know you and your goals, and start helping you feel better right away. When it's all said and done, I'll have a complete assessment and customized treatment plan based on your therapy goals, and we will be well on our way to making lasting changes in your life.

Cancellation Policy

Respectfully, I ask that any cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If an appointment is cancelled in less than 24 hours, you are responsible for the full session fee. As I do take on a limited number of clients, I often have a waitlist and need to honor my time as well as yours. Thank you for your understanding!

I work outside the insurance model, which gives us quite a bit more privacy and freedom to do the work of healing, and frees up my time to be more available to my clients and provide the high quality level of care to which clients who seek my services are accustomed. Clients pay me directly through a HIPAA secure payment method.

If you wish to use your out of network benefits, I can simply provide you with a "superbill" (a fancy receipt for insurance) after our completed sessions. You would then turn in the superbill to your insurance for reimbursement of out of network benefits according to your plan.
